From beginner to advanced, ages 3 - 16, we offer acrobatic dance classes In Mere Green. Acro dance is the combination of gymnastics and dancing and is very popular at the moment both on t.v. and in dance competitions. It is also a lot of fun for children to learn tricks and moves they can show off to their family and friends, and it is also great for their self confidence, mental health and fitness. Acro Dance in Mere Green is one of our most popular classes, working on new tricks, flexibility, partner work, balance and gymnastic skills.
